Quick Start
Once you're in, what do you do next?
Start shaping the world immediately. SoloRoleplayer// works best when you treat the space like a stage you are actively building, not a static map you are stuck with.
1
Shape the world grid.
Go onto the grid and start @customize your map. Use /map to see the shape of the world, then decide what that shape means.
Is it a spaceport? A big spaceship? A neighborhood? A small town? A shopping mall? A feudal village? You decide.
2
Plan how the shape serves your scenes.
Once you know what the map really is, brainstorm how those rooms support your roleplay. Think about what kind of scenes belong in each part of the world, then start building with purpose instead of decorating blindly.
3
Change the vehicle.
Use @customize vehicle to turn the Misericord into whatever fits your setting. It could be an away vehicle for a ship, a cool car, a scooter, or something stranger.
Use /location to see room codes and move instantly by vehicle instead of walking exits room by room.
4
Set your preferences.
Open /settings and tell the AI what you do and do not like. Talk to it directly in Construct too when you need to sharpen behavior.
Remember: directives are better than passive words.
5
Build rooms inside rooms.
Once you have a room built that you want the AI to play off of, use @build here to create a smaller enterable location inside it.
Maybe it is an ice cream shop. Maybe it is your bedroom. Maybe it is a back office, apartment, cockpit, or shrine.
6
Make the outer room mention the tucked room.
If you tuck a room inside another room, mention that smaller space in the outer room description and what it looks like from the street or main area.
Otherwise the AI may not “see” it clearly in the world context. We are still improving how automatically the AI defaults to reading those built-room descriptions first.
